はままつ訪問学習（インタビュー活動）で

陽だまりファームにお越しいただきました。

浜松には、魅力的なものづくりの企業がたくさんある中で

農業を選んでくれたこと、陽だまりファームを選んでくれたこと

とても嬉しく思います。

肝心のインタビューですが、

普段、農家やお客様からのお問い合わせは

ありますが、中学生からの質問されることは少ないので

ちょっと緊張しました。

やはり、視点が違うのは面白いです。

答えがあやしいものもあったかもしれません。

食べ物を作るってどういうことか少しでも

興味をもって頂けたらと思います。

何日も雨が降らず暑い日が続いている浜松市です。

ブルーベリーが数本枯れてしまいました。

かん水のタイミングと量が難しいです。

農薬を使用せず、有機肥料を使用して栽培しています。

蒸し暑い日が続く中、草刈りに追われています。

刈払機を使って斜面の草も刈っていきます。

これがなかなかの重労働です。

近年の大雨で土や肥料も流れてしまい困っています。

草を生やす栽培方法も試験をしています。

We are planning to sell oranges in Hong Kong and Singapore again this year. We would like overseas customers to eat our mandarin oranges.

陽だまりファームでは、安全安心なみかんをお届けするために
小さなことですが、対策をしています。

みかんを選別する作業場の照明には飛散防止カバーを取り付けています。
何かが原因で破損した場合に、出荷用ダンボールに破片
がに混入してしまっては大変なことになります。
また、従業員がケガをしてしまう可能性もあります。
事故が起こってからでは、遅いので未然防止しなければなりません。
お客様に陽だまりファームのみかんを選んでもらえるように環境整備をしています。
